Day 2 Open Thread

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 6:30 PM EDT ] With the 249th pick in the draft the Redskins select Chris Horton, safety out of UCLA. He will join Kareem Moore in competing for a spot on the roster, though with only three safeties currently on the team, it isn't unthinkable that both make it. Enjoy guys, and thanks for spending the draft here.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 6:11 PM EDT ] With the 242nd pick of the draft the Redskins select Rob Jackson, DE out of Kansas State. Defensive End was a need and we finally, mercifully addressed it, although this late in the draft there is very little guarantee that Rob will be with the team for long, but best of luck to him.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 3:54 PM EDT ] With the 186th pick the Redskins select Colt Brennan, QB out of Hawaii. We have a Hawaiin Redskins fan on hte site who I am sure is absolutely thrilled with the pick. Guy had sick production in College albeit against lesser talents, the main criticism of him being that he's a system product. His bad showing against Georgia probably caused him to fall this far. The Redskins wanted a young qb to develop under Jason Campbell, and they got one. I think it's good value this deep. Most of you, if you followed CFB at all, are familiar with this guy. But more info available here.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 3:42 PM EDT ] With the 180th pick, the Redskins select Kareem Moore, S out of Nicholls State. We filled a need position since we were not especially deep at safety. I would've taken Josh Barrett and his 4.35 40 time, though. I don't know about this pick whatsoever... Additional information on Moore available here .

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 3:19 PM EDT ] We have a punter, Derrick Frost has a problem. With the 168th pick, the Redskins selected Durant Brooks, place kicker out of Georgia Tech. He was the Ray Guy best punter award winner last year. More info here , thanks to CptChaosSidekick. It says that not only is he a Ray Guy award winner, but is apparently close personal friends with the actual Ray Guy. Dude had a 77 yard punt last year. Durant Brooks is the first punter taken, per the talking pictures box.

[is the FIRST Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 2:48 PM EDT ] Trade with St. Louis terms per Redskins Insider is that we traded our 5th (157th) and 7th (228th) for their 6th rounders (168th and 180th). A 5 and a 7 for two 6ths, kind of a wash but the Redskins obviously like the value in the 6th round the way the draft board is filling out.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 2:39 PM EDT ] With the 157th pick the Redskins take... no one. We traded the pick to St. Louis. I will update with terms as soon as I find them.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 1:48 PM EDT ] Make sure you check out both Conquest Chronicles and Crimson and Cream Machine for info on Fred Davis and Malcolm Kelly. We don't have College blogs for all the teams we selected players from, but we do for those guys and the websites are valuable resources for info on two of our first three picks.

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 1:40 PM EDT ] Shouting out to my friend Ben at Curly R , his coverage has been great and I'm thrilled to see him back in this blogging business. Here are his thoughts on Chad Rinehart .

[Note by Skin Patrol, 04/27/08 1:11 PM EDT ] Redskins take Justin Tryon, cornerback out of Arizona State with the 124th pick. A need position filled here by a guy I don't know much about but will find out more. Hat tip to CptChaosSidekick for his draft profile available here: word on him is he's a nickel or dime cornerback with questionable upside and hands but great speed, reliable tackling, and plays aggressively.

[Note by TexSkins, 04/27/08 10:01 AM CDT ] With the #96 pick, the Redskins take...Chad Rinehart, OG, Northern Iowa. More info here, courtesy dr WNC.
[Note by TexSkins, 04/27/08 10:58 AM CDT ] Looks like the team traded again... and picked up a 5th rounder. They got what looks like the Titans 4th rounder (#124) and 5th rounder (#157) for the 4th rounder they got from Atlanta yesterday (#103). I'm just going by ESPN's DraftCast. More details later.

[Note by TexSkins, 04/27/08 11:05 AM CDT ] Per Redskin Insider, with a hat tipped at CaptChaosSidekick, the story is true. Trade with the Titans, extra pick in the 5th. 10 total picks for the weekend. (At this point, at least.)

Day 1 was obviously very much Zorn's day. He got all the guys he needs to put a very good offense on the field. Day 2 is all about Vinny, Front Office Campbell, and the scouting department. I wouldn't be surprised if Zorn sleeps in and misses a few pick. Okay, actually I would... but he won't need to be there. Day 2 of the draft has less to do about the coach than it does about how good a team's scouting is.

Anyway, here's your open thread. Who do you want? What position do you think the team is looking at, or should be drafting?

Hit it up in the comments. I'll have a Day 2 recap tonight and I'm sure once Skin Patrol gets off his ledge, he'll get a few musings up as well.

[Note by TexSkins, 04/27/08 9:56 AM CDT ] I forgot... how do we have 100+ and 80 votes on the two polls below and yet only have 7 people who read and/or comment on this damn thing?

Note by TexSkins, 04/27/08 9:56 AM CDT ] I forgot… how do we have 100+ and 80 votes on the two polls below and yet only have 7 people who read and/or comment on this damn thing?

Well, what would Justin King at CB look like when Devin Thomas used his performance against King to be the #1 ranked WR in the draft.
King
Moore

Tom Zibikowoski

a fav of mine to Balttimore

I just saw that...

good for him. He’ll be a special teams stand out there for sure. And working out in the same weight room as Ray Lewis shouldn’t hurt.

Justin King

would be a good pick at our spot

Steve Slaton

in the 3rd to Houston? Dunno about that

Stretch

The kid has a motor, but as far as NFL caliber it will be a chance, as a third rounder it’s a big chance to take. The one upside, I like winners and he’s been a winner.
I would tend to steer away from Notre Dame candidates just for the reason of poor team performance, it’s easy to get comfortable losing, where winning demands more winning.

I think SO FAR

prospects we like will fall to us in the 3rd

Dallas Trade

Roy Williams???

Dallas has been wanting to get rid of Roy for a very long time.
I meant

the WR. it was a trade w/ det

nevermind

they get det’s next yr’s 4th and this yrs 111th pick

Don't fuck with my emotions like that...

that’s not funny.

What???
I guess I missed it...

I hope that didn’t just happen.

you missed it

because ESPN blows balls

You are correct, sir.
I have to say it...

Cris Carter is calling some WR from Louisville better than Wes Welker coming out of school. Umm… no. No, no, no. Not even close. Thanks for playing Cris Carter.

Welker came out leading the NCAA in punt returns for TDs. What record does this random guy from Louisville have?

Avril goes #92 to Detroit...
Shit

I open my mouth and there goes Cliff Avril to DET Any details on dallas trade?

Harrison goes #90 to the Bears.
What do you

people think Justin Kimg???? there goes our QB prospect from SD St

I'd prefer a DL...

but I like King.

Would you like

Moore from MD?

I like him...
OUR TURN!

This shit just got real

REDSKINS ON THE CLOCK.
Chad Rinehart, OG, Northern Iowa
Do you

know anything about him?

I put up NFL Draft Countdown's bio on him on the main article...

he played LT as a 4 year starter… he projects as both a T but mostly a G. Versitility is probably his biggest asset.

He is apparently still “raw when it comes to his technique” so Buges gets a project to work with. I like it.

thats where I go

for my info

And I can't keep up

Better said the computer is slow today.

NFL.com

I like what they asy about him

Tackle not Gaurd?

Good stuff...

I think he’ll end up being a G… but he could fill in at T is the team needed him to. Like I said above, he seems able to play 4 of the 5 OL spots.

Quick break... I'll be back for the 4th rounder...
dallas

trades again

King to St. Louis
Yeah bummer

but love what i’m seeing in our OG pick Rinehart. Elite talent of the “smaller schools” versitle could play T to= sweet ass sweet IMO

Looks like...

Washington traded down in the 4th round and picked up a 5th rounder… details sketchy… but ESPN’s DraftCast has their new selections.

WHAT?

damnit ESPN hook up the details when possible

Got Details!

Skins send the 103rd pick to Tennesse for the 124th and 157th picks

Fun Fact

back in the 5th rd now

Now 10

That’ll make 10 picks now

We will

be awesome..oh yes we will be awesome

The End may be near

Third round selection…Eureka
early fourth round trade…I like it

Redskin insider is praising the front office
oh my positives from the post

Thoughts?

We going O-line/ D-line the rest of the way??

With a QB thrown in somewhere, yeah.

There should also be a S or a CB along the way… but a large part of the rest of the draft should be devoted to linemen.

With a QB thrown in somewhere, yeah.

There should also be a S or a CB along the way… but a large part of the rest of the draft should be devoted to linemen.

Defensive has got to be in the future

The top 4 picks all offensive, you’d think Defense plus a QB somewhere.
We’ll see if Cerrato sticks to the best available, if so I don’t see them taking a QB

Dallas

again trades…wow…still suck

Opps!

Johnson from San Diego still on the board, thought he got drafted

wasn't he picked?

or was that a QB from SD st?

That was O'Connell from SD St.
Dre Moore

is #2 on Mel’s best left list..hope he lasts until the Redskins get there

I doubt it...

They’ve got 16 picks for him to last through.

He's #5 overall based on Scout
Red Bryant from Texas A&M is still there...

he could be a possibility if Moore is gone.

Overall, ok

A good many performers still on the board

NFC East

trading a lot..dallas at it again to

East is a beast

NFC east is looking to get stronger and they are…I see everyone being at or above .500 next season. With the Giants being the team left behind and out in the cold as three teams still make the playoffs.

Safety

Wasn’t some talk about barrett at safety from Arizona state

Yes

I believe so

Steltz from LSU is still there.
Not any more to the Saints he goes
Dre Moore

to Tampa

Moore to Tampa.
Bryant or Barrett

Although, so many connections exist which we don’t know about. I think that is the real change in the Redskins, unless someone can get insider information from a trusted source then the players are not rated as high. Cerratto or Zorn forgot which had a good friend on the training staff for Malcolm. The insider stuff is why it’s so difficult to figure who’ll be picked.

from Nfl.com

Pick Analysis:Rinehart was very impressive at the Senior Bowl and has good strength. He’s able to pull and moves well for a guy his size. He may have potential to play tackle as well, but has not played against strong competition so he will need some time to develop. He gives the Redskins depth on the offensive line with a chance to grow into a starter.

I'm here.

Kudos to TexSkins and the rest of you for keeping this thing going.

I'm going to be posting fanshots with

videos of all our draft picks (if and where they’re available) and links to relevant comments from our college blogs (if and where available), so keep an eye on those.

Captured a good double pancake from Rinehart, if your looking.

Justin tryon CB Ariz ST is the pick
Profile of Justin Tryon

here

That's money, thanks hoss
What do ya'll think?

he’s rated lower in the draft. You know what I like? Day 2 picks all have comments saying good future potential!

A great link, notes his weakness and strengths in video form

HERE

commentary attached to that link:
Make no mistake, Justin Tryon will give up some big plays. He’s a gambler by nature, and he can get burned as a result. But this undersized corner plays with tons of heart and fire, and as you’ll see on Draftguys TV, those qualities often give him the edge against bigger competition. Tryon’s a mid-round cornerback who could develop into a Nathan Vasher type of player.
I like the sound of

heart and fire

The gambler thing...

is what they said about Talib.

NFL.com says

Pick Analysis:Tryon has good feet and is able to change direction well. He could be a nickel cornerback. While Tyron is undersized, he’s a good fit for Washington’s scheme.

You can never have too many cornerbacks.
What he lacks in instincts and awareness

he may make up for in speed and effort.

By the way, I have some fanshot videos up of

Devin Thomas, Malcolm Kelly, and Fred Davis.

I'll have to

view him because work blocks most media stuff. Initally I was lik WTF with all the Wr’s/TE butnow i’m all about it especially the way Zorn says he plans to use them

My issue:

If the pick of Fred Davis is evidence that we’re going to be going with a lot of two TE sets, then perhaps it wasn’t the best idea to go with two WRs.

My guess on the Malcolm Kelly pick is that he was simply too good to let go at that pick. In other words, it was a best pick available move. There’s a certain appreciable logic to that strategy, but we had a lot of needs and I wouldn’t have minded seeing us address more than one need on the first day of the draft.

Then again, our D was 8th last year, offense was 15th. Offense needed more work and got a lot of help yesterday.

A postive but negative point

The odds of both Kelly and/or Thomas being a bust are very small, the drafting of two will give the Redskins no less than one Very Good player….possibly two but the Redskins should have the big reciever for sure as one of the two will be outstanding in the NFL

Definitely protects against a bust possibility.
OR

Both will be awesome because they have a big chip on their shoulder(s) Chad Johnson and T.J. Houchmizada (sp) where drafted together and that worked well. I really think we hav a chance to be a top 10 Offence

Not so much

more two TE sets but way more flexibility in formations. Should be a ton of cool formations

ESPN Insider takes on Rinehart

Obviously the interior of the offensive line is getting up in age and the Redskins found value here. He will be brought along slowly with the intent of taking over next year. He plays with a mean streak and should be a good fit in the Redskins’ zone-blocking schemes.

I read "coachable" somewhere

and we have excellent staff at that position.

Justin Tryon is AWESOME

read this from the insider. I ate it up with a spoon and you will to!

Love the confidence.

He’s coming after Shawn Springs job; I don’t know if he’ll get it, but whatever happens he’ll be great for print.

I'd like to see Caleb Campbell

S from army drafted with one of our late round picks

Pretty interesting

segment on ESPN about him right now. Apparently if he isn’t drafted or else signed by a team and stays there for a year, he remains in the Army and could very likely end up in combat. So getting drafted for Campbell is a lot more important than for anyone else, since it could mean the difference between, say, Washington DC and Iraq.

peanut gallery

at the draft are eating it up. They’re chanting USA at him right now, he’s talking to Trey Wingo

watching it right now

Good prospect Great Human and we need Saftey depth

He will make

Carlos Rodgers do his rookie hazing ha ha ha

Justin Tryon I mean
Chris Cooley

wants us to draft someone he can have a beer with.

Ha Ha

yeah I read that earlier. Chris Cooley is hands down the Coolest player in the NFL & maybe all of sports.

and now we have two

Davis is another Chris Cooley, could the Redskins be so lucky.

Michael Smith

impressed with how we traded out of first but still got our guy (Devin Thomas)

Jason Campbell

is going to need a lot of footballs. So far I love our picks, I’m a little worried about the D-line situation but overall are offence should be potent.

No excuses.

Redskins went out and drafted all the pieces necessary to make him a star. It’s on him to do the rest.

Info

Why hasn’t Vince Hall of VT been drafted?

http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/vince-hall?id=244

I think

we need an OLB rather then a ILB but no answer for why he hasn’t been drafted by someone.

I thought Dan Conner

fell too far as well. That impacted the rest of the ILB board.

Also...

is he a little small? Especially for a 3-4?

Redskins 360

also in love with Justin Tryon. Link.

Frank Okam

steal for the Texans.

From what I hear

teams were worried about his pass coverage skills and whoever drafted him had to have d-lineman big enough to take care of the O-lineman in front off him

Any Guess'

on who the Redskins pick?

Darrel Robertson
We're taking a punter!
Says who?!?!?!
Naw

im just fucking around

Well

Mel’s talking up the kid from North Dakota I don’t think any d-lineman are on his top 10

Barrett still available

Safety still available for the Skins pick

Also the top ranked center
one last DE

Robertson

not going ???
Traded to St. Louis

I’ll update with terms once I find them.

This Curious to me

but what the hell do I know?

From the Insider

Skins trade their 5th round pick while on the clock. They send the 157th pick and the 228nd pick (7th round) for the Rams picks at 168 and 180 – both sixth round picks. So the Skins end up without a 5th round pick after all, but have three 6th round picks and two 7th round picks, both of those are comp picks at the end of the draft.

Why?

I don’t understand why the team feels they have more value at 6 and 6 instead of 5 and 7. At this point, it’s the higher rounds where the real value is, not like you’re trading from 1 to get a 2 and 3. boo on that

Only thing...

I can say is that the picks we got are higher in their respective rounds. They got our mediocre 5th rounder, we got their good 6th rounders, they got our mediocre 7th rounder.

Still, the last pick in the 5th is better than the 1st pick in the 6th, so…

I’m calling it a wash.

I say it's not all that bad

Three rd 6 picks & two number 7’s is good because they’re trying to add more players for depth. We need a lot of depth accross the board. More players= more and better competion IMO

Breakdown(ish)

2nd and 14th picks in the 6th for the our 5th basically

I'm jumping in the shower, be back in a bit.
NFL.com got it different but they've been more wrong then right

But a 5th round trade to get two 6th round trades would be good, forget the 7th

Round 6, Pick 2 (168) (From Rams)
Round 6, Pick 14 (180) (From Broncos through Rams)
Round 6, Pick 20 (186)
Round 7, Pick 21 (228)
Round 7, Pick 35 (242) (Compensatory selection)
Round 7, Pick 42 (249) (Compensatory selection)
ignore this stupid post

But the Redskins have 3 6th round picks and 2 sevens. Which still leaves them with 10 picks and not a lot of room to sign Non-drafted Free agents without some changes to the roster.

Think of it this way

it breeds competion better players will make the team. I love it.

There goes one of our QB prospects

Josh Johnson to QB lovin Tampa

And the other

Eric Anige to the Jets

And I'm lost again
And it's a Punter

Durrant Brooks Ray Guy Award winner

Why?

I’m done… I’ll be back when my sanity comes back.

Not so Frosty ( I went there)

go here for some knowlege

Ray Guy

is alive, who knew?

Nick Folk on Dallas

drafted in the sixth and he turned out good. I don’t have a big problem with this pick

Skin Patrol

He said the pick would be a punter…the mighty one…Thanks

Unbelivable.

Derrick Frost cannot do this:

Fug it.

Here’s the link

If at work...

video reveals Durant Brooks punting, backed up in his own endzone. He gets it 76 yards, sick, sick, sick.

Everyone's

freakin out on the insider comments. there’s a lot of whining bitchies on that site

I think there are some good reasons

to question this pick, but the hyperbole over there is totally unnecessary. Is a 6th round pick really going to make or break the team one way or the other? One commenter said this pick was the reason we’ll always be a mediocre team… That’s obviously overstating concerns with this pick.

There’s very little a team can do to ruin its franchise with a 6th round pick.

He's a Projected 6th rounder

Picking second made sure the Redskins got him.

The Redskins stated the board lists the key 150 players, which they have targeted.
Cerratto said they are picking on value, may not be a need but appears to be value, where you pick the next Ray Guy. Not only distance but his accuracy is talked about too.

FO' Show

make a value chart for target players, stick to it and everyone else can go to hell

I'm not crazy about picking a punter

but let’s be honest about what Derrick Frost is not; a top tier punter. He’s mediocre, and this guy could be good for years to come. His only weakness is that he overkicks… fine with me. I’d rather have a leg too strong than one too weak.

Barret Barret Barret!!!!
no Barrett

Read your comment thought they picked him while typing,

The Pick Sucks for the Fans but in football "sense" it is right

The Fans including myself are looking at needs, we see areas that the Redskins need to improve, which they themselves said they need to improve or add Depth: DL,OL S etc. but typically the best kickers are taken in the sixth round as Value picks
Cerratto said all the picks were going to be value picks not need picks, the Redskins were choosing on the best value. They traded out of the 5th round to get the Second pick of the sixth round for top punter, a value pick.
Just like the second round, the redskins did not need 2 WR, but the value played out that way.
Again with Barrett he is valued as a 6th or 7th rounder, another value which happen to hit a need.
I’m not a fan of stricly value picking but that is what the Redskins said they were going to do, the cool thing they have now said Chad johnson is in the past too

It's a Saftey

not Brooks but Kareem Moore from Nicholls State

Gotta like Smart players

Academically, he was a Physics Award recipient and was named Pizza Hut Student of the Month Per NFL.com bio

Pizza Hut!

I’m sold

Meh,

not crazy about the pick but whatev.

I read:

The most important aspect of selecting players in the 6th and 7th round is to select them based on athletic ability which reads high potential to coach and become something special, to select a smart and athletic player seems to fill that expectation exactly.

From what I'm reading

Marcus Dixon DE from Hampton is a popular choice for our next pick

Notice, A lot of the Redskins picks are JUCO players
back on the clock
It's been awesome

to say that so much in a draft!

Now the QB

Colts a Redskin

I don't know about you guys

but this is to me on hell of a draft!!!!

Colt Brennan.

We have a Hawaii fan on the site who is thrilled, I’m sure.

Good pick, good young qb to develop behind Todd Collins and Jason Campbell. The real comparison here is between him and Jordan Palmer, who we got with a similar pick a year ago. The reason that comparison is interesting is because there really isn’t any; Colt Brennan was many times over a better college qb than Jordan Palmer was.

Ha Ha

was just about to mention our Hawaii fan

Talking about him on ESPN right now...
Colt Brennan

Runs a 4.1, throws 75 yards from his knees, and rescues cats from trees.

Cerrato on ESPN about Colt
Vinny Cerrato:

On Colt: Jim Zorn really liked all the intangible stuff, how he was in lockerroom, the leader he was on the field, way he carried himself. Looking for a guy to develop. He can come in, take his time to develop, is a guy who set a ton of records, threw a bunch of tds, had some success. Can’t discount all the victories and all the touchdown. Mel was ripping him.

Mel: Was not!

Vinny: Was Jaws, ok.

Trey Wingo: Jaws is always the bad guy.

Vinny, on what Colt has to work on the most: Dodges it, says we have the right guy to coach him in Jim Zorn, Colt is coming into the perfect situation with no pressure, time to learn, to develop, under the right staff.

Vinny on having picks, trading, new philosophy, etc.: 10 picks this draft has been fun. Trades really helped us out in moving back to get the guy we wanted each time. Gathered picks without giving up anything. We felt like we got 1st round value on all three 2nd round picks.

Vinny on what Redskins need to do to compete for playoffs in NFC East: Must be physical, capable of running the ball, and stay healthy. Need to play good early on the road.

Jaws:

just said Redskins have had a TERRIFIC draft.

Mel & Jaws

getting after it about Colt

I'm happier

then a Hog in shit with this draft! I give it very strong B+ Not only did we make more picks, the value for which we got them was outstanding. Color me fucking excited!!! the only way we could’ve done better is to bolster the pass rush but our D didn’t exactly suck either

can't stop watching colt brennan highlight videos

Caleb Campbell

gets drafted by the Lions! Awesome hope he sticks with them

Great minds think alike.

I felt bad. I was talking to my girlfriend when it happened, was telling her the story and all that… she asked me who he got picked by, I said he’s going to Detroit, and then without thinking about it I said “I’d prefer Baghdad.”

I apologize to all Detroit natives.

Caleb Campbell picked

by the Detroit Lions.

Compensation time

robertson and henderson

Robert Jackson DE Kansas St
Don't know much about him

even though I’m a Big 12 fan.

Another JUCO transfer

Before going to Kansas

Let us all learn a little something

here

The Redskins had a good draft. Finally Snyder understands you just can’t buy SuperBowls and you need to build through the draft. Let me just say I’m not a Redskins fan but my team and the Redskins have one common enemy – the Cowgirls. I live in DC and get ticket to Fedex field from work so I’m excited for you guys this year. The 2nd round picks and a 3rd round OT are beast picks – Zorn WC offense is gonna be nasty with Portis and Betts in the backfield, Thomas and Kelly on slants, Moss deep and Randel=El with gimmicks. I don’t understand why the Redskins didn’t pick up some D-line help. Actually they just got DE out of Kansas St.

Good luck this year, I’ll be looking forward to the MNF match up between the Redskins and my Steelers.

It'll be interesting to see who the undrafted pickups are...

Still some potential players available.
Overall I have to say this draft has the Stamp of Zorn, Cerratto and Snyder, I also think it talks of the future.
The Redskins will remain the power running with strong passing over the next 2 years but Snyder and in some ways possibly Zorn want to open the offense up into a high flying passing game. Snyder has always wanted a Run and Shoot team, review his actions and it’s almost obvious with his hires, free agency pickups and drafts. He’s found a coach who may know how to balance the game but provide enough aggressive passing to make Danny happy. This Draft has that written all over it and does put a stamp of approval on Zorn for several years…in my opinion.

Verry Much aggreed

wanted to thanks to all that praticipated, this has been fun and initially looks like a great draft. Gotta go..HTTR!!!

Horton a Safety out of UCLA
Rookie FA's

I’ve scoured the web to find any rookie FA’s we might have signed but can’t come up with any. The only rumor I could find is the signing of a G from Appalachian st. (sp)

Anyone got anything, or am I the only one needs to get a life?

Oh

that DE from Hampton, Dixon the ‘Skins fans had an eye on… is a Cowboy. Reason #562 to hate them (this is from hashmarks over at ESPN)

I need to think before I type

Pierson Preioleau is now a JAG per the Insider
