The cream rose to the top last week, as I went 4-0 in the divisional round picks. Kevin and Steve also had a good week going 3-1. On the other end of the spectrum Ken and UK stunk up the joint again going 1-3. There are definitely an interesting pair of games on Sunday. Surprisingly this weekends matchup has produced two lone wolves.
Who do you think will end up in the Super Bowl?
| Ravens @ Patriots Sunday, 3PM, CBS |

It'll be a rematch between the Patriots and the Giants. The Patriots will win this time.
TerpsAllTheWay - January 20, 2012 via mobile
That's my bet as well
Ravens can’t score the kind of points they’ll probably need to in order to beat the Pats and the 49ers bite it by default of the Giants playing red hot.
Of course I do think it’s kind of crappy how the Pats made it through this season. They had an incredibly weak schedule.
SkinsOsTerps - January 20, 2012
This
Not that I want the Patriots to win, but this seems like the most likely outcome. And at this point I would rather the Giants beat the 49ers so Carlos Rogers will shut the %$# up.
willster - January 20, 2012
Patriots and Giants but the Giants win again.
aFan4Life - January 20, 2012
I guess i will go ahead and make it 6 and 0 in the past two weekends
Patriots and Giants
Jeff Bernard - January 20, 2012
Its going to be a Harbaugh v. Harbaugh Super Bowl!
atark001 - January 20, 2012
Media would be excruciating for the two week lull
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
haha very true
and I guess their father wouldn’t be able to watch any film for either of them
atark001 - January 20, 2012
Super Harbowl?
willster - January 20, 2012
that should be
SupeHar Bowl
PAinfUL - January 20, 2012
no giants in the superbowl thanks
Al_CaPWNED - January 20, 2012
A lot of people forget that Ravens vs. Giants would be a Super Bowl "rematch" also
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
My prediction is Giants win it all...I'll just go on board with that now.
Kevin Ewoldt - January 20, 2012
So if they lose this week do you lose Pick 'em rights for the SB?
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
Not unless everyone else does the same.
SB bets are my favorite…I say we each have to pick 5 prop bets out of the list too.
Kevin Ewoldt - January 20, 2012
Sounds like a plan to me.
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
PATS VS GIANTS
PATS WIN IN BLOW OUT
washingtonwin - January 20, 2012
45 PATS 21 GIANTS
washingtonwin - January 20, 2012
Ken really knows his QBs…bet Tebow last week, Flacco this week.
Kevin Ewoldt - January 20, 2012
If the Ravens win,
I’ve come dead last in this pick ’em…
UkRedskin - January 20, 2012
I’m taking all your Super Bowl bets to Vegas and betting the opposite.
Kevin Ewoldt - January 20, 2012
I expect half the winnings.
UkRedskin - January 20, 2012
BAL and NYG
unfortunately… I hate both of those teams.
Brutus89 - January 20, 2012
My total for the playoffs 6-2
My picks…..going Giants and Ravens
HTTR4LIFE - January 20, 2012
I'm pulling for a Harbaugh vs Harbaugh SB.
I think it would be hilarious if the 2nd and 3rd worst QBs in the playoffs were the 2 QBs in the Super Bowl. That would shut up the “MUST HAVE A KEW BEE” crowd real quick.
TheDeepBall - January 20, 2012
Yeeeaaaa... about that...
That crowd will still be clamoring b/c both of those QBs are 1st round picks. Nothing is going to pipe that crowd down.
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
No it won't
nothing shuts them up.
SkinsOsTerps - January 20, 2012
smart man
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
You're a good man, Kevin, a good man.
BigBlueIntervention - January 20, 2012
He didn't believe in you last week

Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
snitches get stitches
Al_CaPWNED - January 20, 2012
I'm a forgiving man.
I hope you aren’t a prophet of some sorts, Parks.
BigBlueIntervention - January 20, 2012
I'm definitely not, but iH8dallas is a reverse prophet of sorts, so you should probably talk to him.
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
I see. That was one helluva a pick last week.
I hope you’re wrong this time, tho.
BigBlueIntervention - January 20, 2012
My picks are
Ravens & 49ers, coz i hate NE & NYGs but i hate the Ravens as well, So 49ers to win the superbowl would be better than one of the other 3 winning it.
mo19678 - January 20, 2012
I'm surprised Kevin's the only one picking NE and NY.
I’m picking New England and San Fran.
HogHunter - January 20, 2012
AFC game was a toss up to me. I'm surprised someone else didn't pick the Ravens.
I’m just not a fan of the Giants playing all the way across the country. I think their defense can shut down the G-men.
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
the most exciting SB would be...
Brady vs. 49ers D.
So, I’ll go with that.
jgibbsfan1 - January 20, 2012
What a kick in the balls for Colts fans if Brady wins a SB in their house
Parks Smith - January 20, 2012
Hah
I didn’t even think of that. I still don’t want the Patriots to win unless they’re playing the Giants.
HogHunter - January 20, 2012
The Giants are garbage.
San Fran will molest Eli. Then the Skins will sweep them again next season.
LOSERS
iH8dallas - January 20, 2012
Eli can handle a pass rush…can Alex Smith is the question? I expect a John Beck-esque performance from Smith. My last stat is Eli has never lost a road playoff game. Dammit, I hope I lose this week. I do.
Kevin Ewoldt - January 20, 2012
I want all these teams to lose, badly
Except the Niners, I guess. And that’s only because former Terp Vernon Davis is doing well there. Good for him.
Being a Redskins fan for over 20 years has slowly sucked the life out of my will to watch playoff football (assuming, of course, that we aren’t participating in the postseason). I’d rather move on to hoops/hockey full time than watch other NFL teams enjoy success. I’m just too bitter and jaded to care about anyone else if we still suck too.
I doubt many others share my sentiment, but the Superbowl can’t be over fast enough. Let’s move on from this season.
terpsDC - January 20, 2012
I sympathize
sometimes after particularly bad 1 o’clock start for the Skins I just won’t watch football anymore for the rest of the day. Watching the sport played competently upsets me.
I’ll watch the games of course but my mind has already wandered towards Terps b-ball and the Caps. Hell, I even found myself flipping over to the Wizards on Wednesday.
SkinsOsTerps - January 20, 2012
im 6-2 also:)
i had the giants losing to the saints this week. but i think they will beat the 49ers. and ill stick with my pick of pats over the ravens.
munson21502 - January 20, 2012
Can I choose none of the above?
I feel an unusual bout of apathy at the upcoming Not-so-Super Bowl.
It could be that years of losing has now chipped away at my interest in the sport.
caps&skins - January 20, 2012
For me, I want the least of four evils to win it all
I want the Ravens to go all the way, but I don’t see it happening. I hate, I mean fucking HATE the Patriots. Thanks to Stone Hands I want the 49ers to fail. And I don’t want the Giants to win out of division rivalry principles.
If the Ravens can’t win it all, I want the Giants to win it all. I can live with the Giants winning the Superbowl since I know Devin Thomas will have absolutely nothing to do with it.
